CANCELLATION POLICY

At Bump, Set, Surf, we get it, plans change like the tides. We keep our cancellation policy simple and fair so you can book with confidence and focus on catching waves (or serves!).

Canceling or Rescheduling Your Lesson

  • Heads-Up Timing: To receive a full refund or to reschedule without a fee, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson.

  • Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your lesson may be subject to a 50% fee or forfeiture of your session.

  • No-Show: If you don’t show up for your booked lesson without notice, the session is non-refundable (the ocean waits for no one!).

How to Cancel or Reschedule | Need to make a change?​

Refund Details

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If you reschedule instead of canceling, no extra charges apply.

WEATHER POLICY

At Bump, Set, Surf, we believe a little sun, sand, and saltwater is good for the soul, but safety always comes first. Here’s how we handle weather so your lesson stays fun and safe.

Rain or Shine

  • Lessons Go On! We run sessions in most weather, including light rain or cloudy skies. A few sprinkles won’t stop the fun (or the waves).

  • When We Pause: If there’s lightning, dangerous surf, strong winds, or any unsafe conditions, we’ll cancel or postpone your lesson to keep everyone safe.

Communication

  • Timely Updates: If we need to cancel or adjust a session due to weather, we’ll notify you by text or email as soon as possible.

  • Stay Ready: Always check your messages on the day of your lesson for any last-minute updates from our crew.

Refunds + Rescheduling

  • Our Call: If we cancel because of unsafe weather, you’ll get the choice of a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Your Call: If you choose to cancel on your own and conditions are still safe, our standard Cancellation Policy applies.
